Shipping and return policies for DJ eXperience® (Michael "🎧" Widener)

Shipping Info
We do not ship worldwide right now because our products are digital products and any physical products we sell are sold through a merchant who processes the sale on their platform and their policies apply to the sale. Here on BandCamp we sell digital products and we send them to the email address on the order automatically and that will arrive wherever the email is retrieved.
Return Policy
We don't offer returns on the merchandise. We will replace items damaged in transit; however, such claims must be accompanied by evidence the item was damaged before you opened it, and the best way to prove that is to just film yourself opening it. When we order from somewhere we're worried about or see damage on a package we use our smartphone to film ourselves opening the package. If one of our packages to you is damaged we will exchange it. We no longer offer them so we don't expect this to be the case any longer and there is no way to ship a digital album. Any physical products are covered by this but that does not include music because we do not sell physical music products only digital music products.
